We are looking for an Allocator - Traffic Control to join our dynamic and fast-paced and Traffic Control team based in Warabrook Newcastle. Reporting to the Manager, you focus on the placement of traffic controllers to client requests whilst delivering to processes that include, quality and compliance, reporting and training. 

Skills required

*   Excellent knowledge of Newcastle and Hunter Region

*   Ability to allocate crews to jobs to maximise fleet efficiency

*   Ability to be responsible for up to 60 Traffic Controllers 

*   A high level of customer satisfaction with a keen eye for detail

*   Problem solving skills under high pressure 

*   Ability to liaise with Customers, Suppliers, Maintenance and Office personnel 

*  Sound computer skills

*  An understanding of OH&S and Fatigue Management

*  Ability to make continual improvements in role to improve Traffic Controllers            welfare & client retention

*  Excellent verbal communication skills

*  Thrive on driving success within business
